mpvacious v0.3 released

if you happen to hear about it for the first time, it's an add-on for mpv
that helps you learn languages by making flashcards.

some changes:
* fixed lua-related crashes on Gentoo
* added anki_user config option. you can specify anki_user instead of collection_path
it should be more user-friendly than asking for a full path to the collection.
collection_path has higher priority over anki_user, so if you want to use the latter,
don't specify collection_path at all.
* audio clips respect audio volume set in mpv. recently i watched a few criminal movies
(as you probably have seen in my MDL) and all of them had very low default volume
so i couldn't properly mine them. now it should be solved, if you set higher or lower volume
in mpv, mpvacious will know about it.
* the release now includes an html version of the README file.
