tl;dr:
Assuming you extracted a set of eyes from was extracted from TDCGExplorer(fully; psd+tbn+tso)...

1. Unpack the tso file inside of data/model/ using TSODecrypt
2. Find the texture for the eye; change it to whatever you want. Only change the part of the texture that corresponds to the part of the eye you want changed(such as the iris)
3. Save the texture(overwrite the old one).
4. Name your tah folder and every file(not folder) in it to a name following the naming format described in previous threads, such as NVT8EYES_E00.
5. If you want a to edit your icon, do so now(it should be located in data/icon/item/). Remember not to change anything but the image and to merge all layers before saving.
6. Drag the tah folder into TDCGExplorer; create a new tbn file in category E if needed(must be the same name as the other files)
7. Write out your tah file and place it in arcs.
