She and Kaguya kill each other on a daily basis. It's almost routine. At least Kaguya injects some fresh air in it when she occasionally sends somebody to kill Mokou for her.

And not trying to get to anything, really. She dies a lot. That's about all there is to it.

Maybe not. She can wear whatever she likes, though.
If it doesn't suit her or turns out outright embarassing, she's just got to wait a century or so and there will be next to nobody left to remember it.
