Sakuya's allegiance with Remi probably puts her out of the picture of troublesome people in Gensokyo and out of Yukari's mind.
Other than that, I agree fully. It is an amazing ability. Surprisingly enough, characters with that ability can do much more harm than people give credit for. Especially if that power isn't bound by any rules as seen with Sakuya's case in comparison to someone like DIO.
In contrast, some good can come of it; like ridding yourself of aging. if that can be considered good.
