I'd use Ryuuhou in E-1 instead if you have her, least useful slow CVL. At least Taiyou & Shinyou can sortie in TCF. E4 is at least 1 more round of TP Phase too. Ariake Kai can slot Daihatsu as well so she's useful for earlier maps, like Mikazuki. I am assuming those E-2 CLTs are dupes. That's also more CAVs than I am comfortable locking, but I also only have CVL Suzuya/Kumano so that's on me. Locks attached for reference.
