I have sixty locked destroyers and 19 locked light cruisers.
I don't dispose of ships the moment they get beyond level 1(aka get used for quests and what not) except for the sparkling shields.

I can find tasks/jobs for everyone so no one's useless.

Because I was judgmental and didn't like how they look at that time.
Also because I got Fusou class first. Didn't need so many BBs that can't hit FP cap.

I don't scrape ships beyond the daily quests and I have never scrapped anything that isn't a destroyer/light cruiser.
We eat them for firepower and armor.
