The client I use actually allows geoblocking(Nicotine+) so was worried about that being a possibility. I do check the user info of everyone I download from so was confused from random unshares immediately as a user went online. Thanks for the info though, I'm fucked by cgnat so my ports are blocked but at least I can still download from a lot of people regardless.
