There's one thing that's been bothering me about Shiki's new design, and I feel like not a lot of people are thinking about it. Old Shiki wore these huge round glasses, which covered half of his face. New Shiki wears normal glasses.
But he's not wearing glasses for better vision, he needs to cover his entire view so he won't see the lines. With his old glasses, you can imagine it working, but with new glasses, he would constantly be seeing lines in his peripheral vision. I wonder if Takeuchi ever wore glasses himself, to make such a silly mistake.
