From my observations, what can be quantified as /qa/ remnants are currently spread across /s4s/ /vip/, the Desu Archive, and third-party sites such as /ota/. It has been roughly 48 hours since the last post on /qa/. Attempts at continuing question/answer related content have ended in failure: reasons including elevated thread speed surpassing that of most other boards.

In the interim, I shall record /jp/'s statistics as practice until the board is restored, while also occasionally recording this thread's own statistics and volunteering to seek out any Cirno-related query that can be solved through a thorough search and/or mathematics.

A possible explanation through conjecture is that providing generic enemies access to Cirno's projectiles would imply they have similar abilities to her latest appearances including freezing bullets: to add her projectiles to their lineup without altering their behaviour relative to generic danmaku would make them superfluous.
