Her head looks fine from that pov
there are other things you could've mentioned (weird knee shading on the right leg, poorly drawn knifes)

and still it looks good on first glance
of course if you would inspect every detail of a picture you would find more and more flaws, but there are hardly any pictures where that doesn't apply and more often than not it starts into going into opinion>opinion territory at those points.

I would just once like to see someone from /jp/ draw something that I would actually save
