Saikoroshi Rika didn't want to leave Hinamizawa even when her friends were leaving though. So, it's still very different from Gou/Sotsu Rika.

Also, Gou/Sotsu Rika didn't really move on from Satoko. She still tries to drag along at the end before giving up. Her personality basically just exists to cause conflict and just makes little logical sense.

She doesn't want to be apart from Satoko and wants to go to St.Lucia, so she drags her there, but isn't bothered by the school then splitting them apart. But she still wants to drag her there back then when Satoko outright tells her she doesn't want to go there.
