I don't know how I didn't expect Flandre to actually be unable to use the game's main Water gimmick but yeah it just makes sense. Overall i'm glad I decided to go through 17.5 as 1cc/No Miss, it's still a very flawed & messy game but it somehow clicks more the better I understand it.
