Sagume is, if anything, much more amiable towards the Earth and much less concerned with kegare than your typical Lunarian. For example, she's willing to make a casual visit to the Moon's most notorious criminal, unconcerned with what the other Lunarians would think.
Mind you, if it came down to the Earth or the Lunar Capital, she'd probably strangle every last child with her own two hands, but even during LoLK, she went out of the way to work towards a solution that would end the siege of the capital without having to nuke Gensokyo, even though it was clearly much riskier than the official plan to relocate the capital.

And AFiEU is only a bit worse than Aya's typical fare. She's always been notorious for yellow journalism, and never fucking learns despite all the people calling her out for it.
Blaming Sagume for everything is just a cheap excuse so that she doesn't have to do any self-reflection and acknowledge her own faults, and she doesn't better herself in the slightest. Not long after this tabloid, she decides not to publish her interview with Okina because it made her and the other Tengu look bad, and even more recently, she refused to publish the truth of the origin of the red snow, for similar reasons.
Aya's "reporting" has always been utterly self-serving and sensationalist, and she has never been deserving of any respect.
