If his comments are so inflammatory that you can't help but to call him out, you are ensuring that he has a reason to post in this general in particular if he is doing it solely for attention. Do not feed the trolls.

But if he is just posting pictures of someone who has performed Japanese voice acting and refuting when people claim otherwise, he's not breaking any rule. Posting disagreeable things which they genuinely like is not trolling.
