Normally you are able to go under Help -> Enhance Model -> Physics Model, and edit the physics of each bone from there. But I can't open it with that model for some reason, maybe because it's a pmx file and not pmd.

The patch is going smoothly, I think you can expect the project's completion early next week at the extreme latest. Really, though, the current patch covers all ingame text. The only things remaining are the two largest unlockable files, which I don't believe you get until metsu anyway.
