Yes, the TLDR is that Kanon Kanade is Kanna Hashimoto's lookalike JAV actress. It's surprising you wouldn't know about Kanna, she's one of the most "iconic" current young actresses in Japan and used to be a member in an idol group who as a teen became virally famous because of how cute she was. Of course in reality the resemblance isn't as significant as "hyped" and because of ageing arguably never has been in sync, though, the vague similarities persist. The cover of MIAA-260 parodies a very famous photo of Kanna at a live when she was an idol. Note the age discrepancy despite Kanon being younger than Kanna, as the parodied photo of Kanna is from many years ago.

With time Kanna is becoming even more "smoky" than she already was as a child and beginning to droop, while Kanon is becoming more like Yoda from Star Wars and beginning to compress. However, the vague similarity is likely to remain for many years because it derives from a sum of their features. It's difficult to point to many concrete similarities between them at a higher level than "many girls have these features", but the vague combined features are indisputable. Of course a part of this is that being Kanna's lookalike sort of is Kanon's gimmick, or at least was and is what helped her become more popular, so without this association of Kanna parody in MIAA-260, "Kanon is Kanna's JAV actress lookalike" certainly wouldn't be as codified.

Maybe looking at Kanna and Kanon side by side enough would through oversaturation activate the power to see Kanon as indistinguishable from Kanna, above all in an advanced state of horniness, but it has not happened to me yet.
