The game has a limit of 60ish characters in the select screen before pairup, and I'm not sure how many after pairup but I'm willing to bet 90-120ish. This means that if I do make a full army patch I'll need to choose a bunch of units for people to not get until IN starts. I also managed to have it give you enemy units, so I could make a 'you have all the enemy units' patch of some sort. I'd also probably want to have the game automatically raise everyone's level each 'game' so that force deployments don't ruin the day.
There's also other issues with events, and unit updates that could take some obnoxiousness to figure out. Some things might be tied to the executable, in which case I can't functionally edit them.

The file that holds menu text got changed in fmw4 and I never figured out where it got put. Don't really know where objectives get put either. I guess I could look around the executable for that, but it could take some time.

The guy responsible for fmw2 having a translation made a tool that unpacks stuff from the file format used by fmw, and updated it with the release of fmw3 and 4. The tool I'm using is the last edit he made for 4, and mostly functions (I can't unpack 2-2, 2-3, 3, 6-2, or 6-3, but most relevant data for translation is in 4 and 5).
