There will be no graduations, Cover won’t graduate Haachama and Coco.
Cover can’t graduate Coco but not Haachama because both literally did the exact same thing.
Graduating Coco because she’s getting death threats would be the end of Cover as we know it, nobody can recover from that kind of dogeza, the only difference between Haachama and Coco is that Coco is being the target of harassment, kneeling to that means giving the chinks power to graduate anyone they want, all it takes is a holo not streaming much on bilibili like Pekora back in the day, that’s enough to make chinkgroids seethe, she got harassed on twitter too for literally nothing.

The reality is that Cover will try to keep both markets for a while until another holo becomes their next target, at that point Cover will slowly phase out holoCN and drop the chinese market altogether.
