The AV Actress is Aya Arashi (stage name AYA) and she did a few videos for IdeaPocket and Prestige, back in 2009/2010.

She commited suicide after she couldnt handle the business anymore. Its a sad story and definitely shows the "dark" side of the av business...

According to the news report, AYA had paranoid disorder. She was unhappy during the AV performance. And there were some scars on her body as well. After she leaving IP, her performance was becoming more and more hardcore, such as ass penetration, DP, and gangbang. She felt tired, and so she decided to suicide.
