Not sure about your countries, but in my 4th world country Corona is kinda getting weaker (not) so people can go outside much more now.
September was a fucking disaster instead, everyone was still inside.

Also, you're talking about external factors and you're completely right (You also forgot about Corona kinda lifting up, my country is a little more free to go outside now compared to September), but I do think the stream itself was not that appealing like her generic karaokes. Christmas music is really hit or miss, imo. I loved it because she had fun and she's great, but I would've rather listened to other songs. I like Christmas but I'm not into that spirit, and I bet many people are lik me (random viewers who don't have Gura as their oshi), so even if there was no bug or external factors I think it would've been lower than her 120k viewers karaoke anyway.
