That only unironically works on hus. There's a small bonus you can get sometimes if you impregnate 10 races, in addition to what you can get from achievements.
As another anon said, combat training in bad weather will make you tougher. Don't try it irl.
And finally there's the [Baitsa-Dasuto] option which will reset everything except you, and give you some boosts to stats for sacrificing skills. It will also let you edit your lover.
