How do you guys play eroge? Especially with games with either sex as part of gameplay like Musumaker or just nukige where every other scene is a drawn out sexual exchange.

As much as I would like I can't perpetually edge while reading scenes and it feels pretty pointless to be reading long sex scenes without fapping so I was wondering how other people approach it, do you just read through the scenes and then eventually fap to one, or potentially go back and replay a scene once you're ready?
