My narrative:

Miko kept using up the late midnight timeslot so much that other holos never had the chance to stream after midnight.

Management said to miko to give other holos a chance to stream, but miko refused, this went on for weeks leading up to 2 weeks ago.

Cover finally suspended miko for 2 weeks because of this problem and it gave the other holos to stream more after midnight.

After the 2 week suspension cover told miko to ease up with the late night streams but miko still refused hence the planned comeback stream cancelled.

Now cover killed kaoru for some other problem irrelevant to miko's situation, but cover threatened miko they could terminate her contract.

Since miko was a pioneer for hololive her contract wasn't that well written so some form of loophole could be used as leverage in a legal battle.

Now cover and miko are now in a court battle that could hold on for 2 months.
