Not really, I kind of arrived at this state by gradually adding folders when I thought they'd make searching easier.
Also, I draw a bit, so I like being able to find references quickly.

Just because there's a lot of folders doesn't mean there's a lot of pictures, I have less than a thousand touhou pictures total.
Deleted something like 3/4 of my collection recently, and it's still not up to satisfying quality standards.
