The 'apparent-age' issue becomes pretty pointless when the normal human age-markers of height, size, and physical development don't directly correspond in mamono species, not just specifically "loli" species.
E.g. picrelated - using Monmusu because they have named individuals to use as specific examples - Cerea and Alusia.
Both are just different body-types of Centaurs and while Cerea is generally assumed to be a 'teen-early20s' human-equivalent age or possibly even a '25+ xmas cake' equivalent as her Mother comes to check why she hasnt got a husband yet, Alusia while slightly younger is also old enough to be asking Cerea for advice on both running and finding a husband, so she's not a 'loli' or an immature child despite being about the size of Cerea's 'dream-daughter' with Kimihito.
And Cheron du Pell (the big Gardener/Knight Cent) is presumably slightly older for Cerea to have heard of her fame, but was probably that larger size even when she was a child.
