Probably. I honestly have no idea how you're supposed to beat them like that - no one's done it, they just go sealed away (and subsequently released into physical forms).

They roamed free once, but then a trio of planeswalkers (old walkers) got together and used a particularly tasty plane as bait. They eldrazi came for it, and then they used their bullshit walker powers to seal them. The process of doing so fucked up the plane pretty bad.

Fast forward a long ass time, and a trio of dumbass neowalkers broke the seal on them. Now they're loose and basically eating the plane, in physical form. Once they eat the whole damn thing, they'll go back to being incomprehensible energy beings or whatever.

But I figure we were talking about the physical forms, because fighting something that doesn't exist on your level of reality is fairly dubious.
