I first found out about her in soku and I got into Touhou right after the english patch for it came out. I thought her powers and fighting style were really cool and made her look badass, but I also found her Alphes artwork to be really fucking cute.

Then after I started collecting fanart of her, a lot of which helped flesh out her personality, I found her even more cute with her cheerful and innocent demeanor. But I also liked that whenever shit got real she could switch on her badass mode and pull off that personality really well too. She just pulled off all those traits well, including looking real sexy on top of being so cute. She just had everything going for her in my eyes and the more stories I read of her the more I liked her and eventually it just became full blown love.
Every time I saw her with her family in lighthearted and cute stories she just seemed so precious to me, especially because of her beautiful and bright smile as radiant as the Sun itself. Her hair and hairbow also look really lovely to me as well. Oh and wings. Can't forget about her pretty wings. I never really knew of any other birdgirl or angel-like characters with wings like hers but found hers to be very appealing as well.

Okuu cures all my pain, sadness and despair with her love. That probably sounds pathetic but its true.
