For example, this 115cm Nanako doll has certain head options, and you'll see that some of the heads meant for taller dolls are excluded like Tami, Sana, Ya, etc. Personally a fan of the Chu head for these sizes, but face preferences are just personally and up to what gets you going, and this Nanako is good too. The Catdoll accounts on Twitter are pretty good about answering questions too.
