Dude, I was able to get top ten consistently simply by tuning my Izuna to 40 FLY and not dying. And not dying isn't hard when you have 403 HP, a shield and 40 FLY.

This image isn't that accurate anymore because I took off the wing AMJs, tuned a tengu AM, and gave her a great tuned Ace of Heart earrings which come out of the UC gara 2 slotted always. So she only costs 925 now with everything still basically being the same except she does 1 more damage with her wide beam gun now that she has 13 TEC.

The strategy is this, look for battles enemies are already in with your allies, then shoot those enemies while they're fighting your allies either by wisp spamming from overhead or shooting them regularly. If a LND rampages into your PS then that's basically just bonus points for you. Quickly activate hypershot by going under the PS then shoot the LND, a wide beam gun has 500 bullets so I never worry too much about wasting ammo.

Also whenever you get low on HP, return to PS and request for a medic using the radio. Unless you can't see any SUPs on your side at all with the map. But request medic a bit anyways since that encourages somebody to switch to SUP when they die. Not dying is very important scorewise as you lose 7/10 of your cost in score.

A limited plasma gun has never dropped for me. I could probably switch from my wide beam gun to a mini bazooka and keep 40 FLY if I tune my arms, but then I wouldn't have much ammo. I have a shield in my other arm.

Apple, I'm a far more average player than you. I have bad internet and a really bad mouse I need to replace. I simply can't survive flying around the enemy so much.
