I want to be able to host in hisoutensoku! a checklist:
- Am I using a wired connection?
- Is my IP static?
- Did I open the port on my computer's IP address instead of the router?
- did I check portforward.com when I'm doing all of this but I still fucked up somehow?

almost forgot, don't forget that suika's backdash can cancel into skills! [and supers, but thats kinda irrelevant]

It really helps while you're using fire oni because you can move outside someone's range on the ground and them shoot them in the face! canceling into backdash from 5B/2C is pretty fast too!
