Dude, really?
Costume actors at Disney take their jobs VERY seriously. Being a character there is one of the highest ranks among workers, I kid you not. If you take the time to learn a bit, costume acting and portraying a character through body language alone is a skill that takes practice. A lot of kigurumi costumers are the same way, and take the acting aspect just as far as the "look" aspect of kigurumi compared to regular cosplay.

Why do you think most use such nice cameras and careful lighting for photoshoots? Presentation is very important.
