Kiara really carries her high notes well actually. It's not auto tuned it just has a secondary track of her singing again underneath it to give the vocal a little more filling. It gives a nice buzz when equalized right. You can tell it isn't autotuned because when she carries her notes it clearly allows her vibrato to come out without the software tripping between the notes.
I think it's a great song and I really love both Mori and Kiara's parts! They really play off each other well and the big gap between their voices is really fun.
