depends on what your thoughts on 'better' is
in terms of character, both have their ups and downs, but i think erika being able to carry two episodes purely on her gremlin energy is something that can't be understated
in terms of being an actual FOE, beato's got her beat outright, of the two times erika gets him on the ropes one was due to something he was dealing with and had barely anything to do with her, and the other he wasn't even properly trying and was using her 'victory' as a method of furthering his own goals - there's no real comparison there, erika is just not a formidable enemy to battler at that stage
