I can see why and wished it WAS near side and far side together but think of it like this way.

For me there are two ways of seeing it, either they're taking too long because the sheer amount of work that needs to be done (if we think that Tsukihime R might have Mahouyo-like effects and it's going to be six routes long), that's the optimistic way.
