Which Touhou would you read your SICP with?

Where is the cheapest place for a Eastern-US citizen to buy some H dakimakuras? I want it cheap, but still good quality. Don't want it to rip the first day I use it, or ink come off the first time I wash, etc, you know? Thanks.

My little sister, who is 19, and owns a Macintosh computer, keeps abusing my wireless network.
She is pretty cute, but has never made a move on me ( ; _ ; ) , but she recently has been seeding too much recently, so she needs to get a seedbox or something.

I have a seedbox that I would share with her. Of course I won't give it to her for free, but I was thinking: what would be the best way to get her to let me use her "seedbox" (if you know what I mean), and then she would get to use my server's seedbox?

I am sure you all have had experience with your imoutos abusing the bandwidth, and how to make them pay with their body. So help me please!
