reposting this here bc its more relevant here i guess:
japanese beginner here
i can translate the syllabels with ease already(ma da i ta no ka), but how the fuck do i know where a word ends an another starts? how do i differentiate them? that's kinda the only thing i dont get about japanese; sure, its easier with kanji i would assume, but still... for all i know it could be just two words: "mada" and "itanoka", but apparently its 4 seperate ones, being "mada ita no ka", which means something along the lines of "you're still here?" if google translate is correct...
ill never get the hang of this language man... it just doesnt make sense to me at all yet, like its all just instinct with no logic whatsoever that's apparent to me yet... i want to die and i feel so unmotivated right now
