To the anon who is visiting Kure in May, there is no Kancolle merch available in the city. But various shops and restaurants display posters and stands. Best you can do is visit the museums and lathe-chan (she's on display beside the Yamato museum open-air carpark), take the port cruise (evening 18:20 slot is recommended) and stroll through the shopping district looking out for posters and stands.
