Dude Japan loves burgers.
They have MosBurger, Lotteria (a Korean chain), McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King, and tons of local burger joints.

It isn’t overly difficult to find. An A5 cow is still a cow, so not all of it is going to be steak cuts. There will always be bits and trimmings best for grinding.
But you won’t often see it labeled/sold as “A5 ground beef”, because grinding sort of defeats the purpose of the marbling anyway. You’ll much more commonly just see it called “wagyu” or “Kobe” (if it applies) to burgers.
