I think eventually Gura will have her fans, at this point the fandom is pretty much watching everyone but Hololive is about flavors, and Gura is simply an unusual one. What's for sure, is that Gura needs a good manager that suggest her to do content fitting for her (starting with games she enjoys, and singing streams might do the job, man-eater was simply for the shark gimmicks)

Also, I don't expect all gens to have full chemistry between them (just look at HoloJP GEN 2)
