-She said no one wants to be allies with the inchlings because they're weak and small- they have been ignored and belittled.
-Seija used her as a tool to access the miracle mallet's power.
-In most character paths, the pre-battle dialog shows her delighted and happy that she has a new friend and ally, but in reality "you" are there to crush her rebellion and with it her spirit.
-The final stage theme and battle theme are both poignant. ZUN did a truly excellent job in making the most emotional music for the most empathetic "villain" in any of his games.

At least she's probably on good terms with Reimu.
Still, any time one of the "little guys" (literally) in a story continues to get bullied it really affects me.
