After Tem died, it was found by Zeon soldiers. It was in the briefcase that Burning found and was going to be used as a bartering chip in Cima's deal with the Federation. When his GM exploded, the device was launched into space where it was found in a debris field by the Vist Foundation many years later. It was put into the Unicorn Gundam, but a copy was made & hidden inside Banagher's Haro. This Haro would eventually go into storage for a time being until it was discovered by Raizo Kasshu, and he would use the information to help build the Ultimate Gundam to restore Earth. But when the Ultimate Gundam was corrupted, the information was thought to have been as well. But after Ulube's rebellion, Raizo was able to salvage the core of the Ultimate Gundam and save the information. It was sent to a military installation on Pluto, where some many centuries later it would be found by pioneering humans who had decided to travel beyond the solar system's limits, taking the device's information with them, eventually creating the weapon called Turn X. When the Turn X drifted back into our solar system, it brought the hope of mankind with it, and the resulting war that followed helped renew the earth by destroying the technology which humanity had built up.
