it looks like both aotume and elsababe dolls/onas are being sold in China only at the moment, so that means you'd need to go through a 3rd party Taobao seller. They both also seem to be newish companies, so they will most likely be on some of the western-friendly marketplaces like aliexpress or amazon jp soon.
