Been playing baldr sky dive 1.

I'm at the Chinatsu route and I stopped getting any experience for attacks. (pic related, goes up and does -1 the next time canceling it self out). Am I supposed to do something or am I "maxed" till Dive2?

Also, I skipped all the alternative ends up till now. Other then CG completion is there any point in doing them?
