It isn't. But then again, being able to make any sort of elixir (let's say immortality) and having intelligence comparable to God, I think she could accomplish it herself.
And the fact that you're holding "sewing universe together" as non-magic while considering an immortality elixir magic is laughable. Creating a fake moon from scratch and creating a barrier so strong that no one, not even Yukari with her gaps can escape earth or enter from the outside.
Yukari is able to only manipulate boundaries and were reinforced by previous youkais, the boundaries were created by humans and not youkai.
Poor you exaggerating all your points while you've probably not read a single page of a manga, game text or wiki to support them. Take the L, keep lurking and try again some other time.
