Keine doesn't mind if you're bad at swimming or gym or P.E in general, all she wants is to see you do your best and engage in physical activity. By trying to skip her P.E classes for selfish reasons is not only inexcusable, but you will also break Keine's heart should she (and will most definitely will) find out that you just want to skip class.
You might as well come up to her and say "I hate the way you teach these lessons and I will feign illness not to attend even though this will impact my physical health much more than if I were to try and better myself and exercise!", would at least save her the time of trying to find solutions to help you engage in the same physical activity as other students and she'd realise the best way out is by simply forcing you.
