Can someone help me find the following jav? (apologies for bad english)

The story revolves around a schoolgirl and a married middle aged salary man (maybe her teacher? idk)
As the story progresses the girl is getting more attached to the man, in one of the scenes the girl gives a visit to the man's home and fucks him in his living room (I don't remember if the wife was nearby)
At some other point of the movie the girl tries hard to get impregnated, she pokes holes in the condoms, in other scene she convices the man to fuck her raw telling him that it will be fine as long as he cums outside, of course he can't cum outside because of leg locking.
In the end I think they both go their separate ways, but the girl manages to get pregnant.
I think it was a 2 part movie but I'm not sure.
