>My UFO collection is pretty poor, yeah. I don't have any planned route and I can sometimes accidentally collect UFOs that are the wrong colour.
Having a specified route isn't necessarily very important, but it depends. Even I still sometimes collect UFO's that I don't want to pick. It's not too common, but it happens. It's just part of UFO, and it will get better as you keep playing.
>I decided to take a random replay rather than work for hours trying to get a realy good one.
I understand. I do that sometimes as well. I was asking for help on /jp/ in beating UFO Normal around a year ago as well.
>Kogasa's last spell terrifies me. I kind of know how to do it in theory, but I always panic and bomb it anyway.
I know what you mean. I thought it was intimidating when I first saw it, especially on Hard mode. I could not believe that there were also lines of amulets coming from the side. It was a shock to me. Nowadays, it's very easy for me. That's just one thing you have to practice. It's not too bad if you bomb there, but I think that it's worth a chance, especially with homing Reimu.
>Ichirin kills me a lot, fortunately only once in this playthrough.
Don't worry about that. That's quite normal for Ichirin. Try to set it as a goal to pass stage 3 with at least 4-5 lives. After that, farm stage 4 for lives. Stage 4 will be the backbone of your run.
>I'm not sure what you mean about "luring" her nonspells - I just dodge them as I see them coming.
I was talking about her first spellcard, but as I said, it's not a big deal. It's an easy card, but you can do it a little more efficiently. Keep in mind that her first two nonspells are static, and that her third one is mostly static with a slight random element. This may be a little different on Normal mode, but it's useful to know.
