Yeah that's a really generic concept to pull off that anyone's thought of. It probably takes a non-trivial amount of effort and crafting to pull off such a "device" though, and I think it should be left to the professionals. Perhaps the makers of those Real Dolls or whatever are willing to jump into this business in the future. Or, perhaps, we can hack some stuff into existing dolls. Now, of course, size is important and adds to the complexity/cost, but here I'm assuming we want full realistic scale.
