Oh there are tons of games like that. One game worse than the next.

Blood related or not actually doesn't matter when it comes to good sister heroines and stories. It's what the author makes out of it. Pic related. Not blood related and yet a better sister character than way too many blood related ones. Also yandere. Which is actually somewhat reasonable for a sister to become if you think about it.

Playing Izumo 4 a bit more makes it seem the little sister kinda works that way, although this scene here happens pretty early. Though again, it's an rpg with the focus on something else.. most likely. She isn't actually blood-related, but they live like 10 years together already, for what that's worth.
That said it's really more about shrines, gods and whatever.
