Of course she wants to go, and of course everyone would love to have her there, but there's a large enough part of her telling her "that's not your place". She also seems to be aware of her "loud" personality, and I have a suspicion that may contribute to a fear of making the others feel uncomfortable/considerate, hence why she doesn't want to go.
And, unfortunately, it's been too long since her initial refusal. Going "actually, I wanna go too" now is borderline impossible, I fear.

As I said, I'm only going by what I know about low self-esteem. I can't claim to know what's actually going through her head, and I may very well be proven wrong. Which I hope I will, because I have no beef against Polka; I stand by PolDen being some of the best content to come out of Hololive.

Wait, hear me out.
MAYBE there's a (hopefully large) subset of EOPs who are getting tired of not understanding the Holos and they'll make the switch to HoloEN, making HoloJP more Japanese, as it should be.
However, this will only work for as long as HoloEN exists, which, I assume, will not be a long time. And the threads will be shit. But we can hope.
